Looking for Low Nic Juice

Does anyone know a vendor that sells nic juice lower than 6mg?

madvapes sells 0mg and 6mg of there TopVapor USA E-Liquid you could buy a bottle of each and mix them making 3mg..you could get other mixtures too but 3ml would be easiest to do as it would be 2 equal parts or 50/50...
