looking for my first legit mod

I have been eying the Tree of Life down pretty hard but would like some thoughts or recommendations on what to look into? I like the simplicity of single tube mods and I also like the sleekness of the lock ring on this mod. I am currently running a caravela clone and a smok magneto. both with a helios, igo L or a tobecco kayfun lite+.

if your expecting a megatron blow your mind difference, it'll be in your head....or disappointed. If you're in it for a hobby and craftsmanship, go for it. I have real Pinoy mech versus nemmy clone, nemmy does fine. You might look into stingray clone or legit one. Everybody is going gaga over that one and twisted420 did voltage drop test and it had lowest volt drop with the ones he compared it on YouTube

Yeah I have done the research and realize that differences aren't big, I just want that craftsmanship and something that looks pretty. I really like my caravela clone. I just want something to admire as far as craftsmanship goes.

what i look for now that i've been vaping for a little bit:
modular design - i don't care for telescoping mods much, but wouldn't be turned off by them if the voltage drop isn't bad.
price - i spend a lot on this since it's turned into something of a hobby/collection for me. if i end up with a clone or lower cost item, it's because of curiosity or proven results.
popularity - you have to research what others think of a product, because that is where you'll get into the nitty gritty of the mod/atomizer. folks sure don't hold back when they are displeased with something.

With legit hot mech mods, you need to make your connects, get on every legit vendors e-mail newsletter, twitter, instagram, facebook, etc. I know Calivapers forums have group buys for Pinoy mods, etc.

I have buddy who is Kanger sales rep, I hoop with on occasion. I ask him on his trips to lot of S. Cali vape shops, if any of them had any genuine Nemmy, nope...alll sold out.

I say go for it - Whenever I did not like something I gave it away to someone looking to quit. I do this with e-juice mostly. All give-aways have always been appreciated.

You could go for the castle mod and rda along with a drip tip from VapeSmith. Pretty nice combo.

Or the Vanilla from smok-e mountain, I'm waiting on the copper version to be available in Japan. It looks a treat!

Or the El Siglio Zodiac.

But if you been eyeing the tree of life, and it's available, jump on it.
