Is freezing a good way to store this? My stash is growing with all these discounts and sales... sheesh!

I don't know if this is right or wrong ( it's been known to happen) but I keep mine in the veggie bin of the fridge. Take it out about an hour before use & it's good to go. I've got some from early 2011 & it's done nothing but age beautifully....
