I noticed that Bounty Hunter was pretty good right out of the mail (although I should mention that it was bottled about a month before I got it). Is this generally the case with NLV juices?

I sure hope so 'cause I'm running low on vapable juice. I recently received a large order from Mt. Baker but it could be weeks before that juice is ready to use.

Yes, from my experience they are generally "pre steeped" and ready to go right out of the mailbox.

Back home to the real world after 6 days of fun in the sun..lotsa fishing, caught at least 8 species of fish, way to many gin & tonics..Never did see the Smooth One come by on his yacht..I think Lake Okoboji (google it) would be the perfect place for a NLV Vape meet..still waiting for that Powerball lottery to hit to bring all of you great villagers & villagettes together!....I keep reading in here & other forums bout how much better liquids taste out of a RBA..Last time I tried it it was a disaster!..Is there a Easy rba to try that is close to fool proof to start with?

The reomizer 2 is by far the easiest RBA to build. However, I'm not sure if they are compatible with other devices. It's actually a bottom feeder RBA. Basically if you get a REO grand, and a reomizer 2, it's all you will ever need!

That's good to know. I don't have the money or the space to carry a large inventory of juice so it's nice to not have to wait.

My bottle of BH says "Born 07/2013" and I bought it in August.

Vapemail has arrived. I had a little trouble with my new 510 atomizer (never dripped before and apparently I don't know how to use it properly) so I put it aside and loaded up a couple of clearomizers. I was impatient and did not wash out the clearos first, which may have been a mistake 'cause both of these juices (Litehouse and Gold) taste odd to me. Litehouse is tasting REALLY weird, actually. Maybe I need to dump them out, rinse and try again.

This is a little on the long side, but one of the better videos I've seen covering how to take care of an atomizer. It's specific to the HH357, but applies to any 510 atomizer imho.

OK, so matters have improved after giving the clearos a good vodka/water rinse; I think I must have been getting bit of a plastic taste from them. I hated to dump out 2 mils of juice but live and learn.

So here are my initial impressions:

Litehouse (bottled 1/2013): Tastes a little better now but still weird, kind of soapy/perfumey, not like tobacco at all. I'll leave the cap off the bottle and come back to it in a couple of days.

Gold (bottled 7/2013): Creamy, smooth, a little sweet, very subtle flavor - maybe a hint of marshmallow and roasted nuts. It didn't knock my socks off but it's nice, I could see it growing on me over time.

Excellent vapor production from both liquids.

I just got my first order from NLV a couple days ago. Bounty Hunter, Renegade, and Gold. I've only tried the Gold so far, very impressive, I've been through 2 tanks of it, and it's really good stuff! This is gourmet vaping!

I say go for the igo-l by youde. Or if you're bottom feeding the A7 is what I use. Both easy to set up due to the holes in the posts. The igo is nice n big so that helps a lot too. The octopus is also another easy one. But that one has brass so there is a possibility of it containing lead. You could go for higher end more expensive ones but to dip your feet, I'd get a cheap one. That's all I've done and I've been using rbas for almost a year.

That dream dripper you gave me was a bear to set up. It does vape pretty well and it's SS so that's good but it's difficult to set up because it has no posts, just screw heads to trap the leads.

Could be due to the clearo having some factory residue. It maybe a faulty cool head giving a funky taste. Litehouse is a tobacco-forward vape tho. I get tobacco and an ever so subtle caramel/cocoa vibe from it.

But the gold bring subtle. Hmmm There's something preventing its full potential. If its a new coil head on your clearo maybe it'll break in and give better flavor soon. If not I say to get drippin. If its s new atty, wash it out well with hot water then vodka, like you might have already did seeing how that's what you did with the clearos. Gotta wash and dry that atty real good.
