I was really hoping there would be someone who has played with the citrus flavors enough to point me in the right direction as to which ones would be closest.

I have not made orange zest but I would think INW Shisha Orange with a little lemonade might get you close.

Haven't tried a lot of Orange flavors but Capella sweet tangerine tastes more like the skin to me than the flesh. Sorry thats all I got

thank you.... I'll get both of the flavors mentioned. The zest is just a small part of a complex recipe I want to develop, but it's essential.
