Your challenge being in Israel on ECF is many American vendors people might suggest may or may not ship there.
I don't know if Dekang is better than joyetech. As far as I know joyetech= equipment and Dekang=juice so by default Dekang may just be better because that is their specialty.
Juice is really subjective you love what someone hates and vice-versa.
General tips would be try out different VG/PG levels if at all possible to see what you like the most. If you can get different nicotine levels. If you where a pack or more smoker I suggest at least 2 small samples of 24mg juice.
Do not buy a 30ml bottle before trying a smaller sample! Most vendors offer 3ml, 5ml, or 6ml sample sizes.
Be careful of vendors charging 1$ per ml / 10$ for a 10ml bottle of juice. Do a search about them. Make sure they are a reputable company. 1$ per ml very expensive.
Branch out with flavors. Don't just focus on tobacco. You may find you like something besides tobacco very much like apple, grape, cinnamon, bubblegum, ect.

Tell you the truth I did a few days ago an order from the website: e-liq.com
And I fear that their product is low quality and contains chemicals

Go to the general e-liquid forum here on ECF and you will find many, many threads on juices. You can't post there until you get 5 posts, but you can read. Trust me, there is a lot of information there.

I reccomend using the forums after your 5th post to do some searches into the discussions on what are you vaping now? and eliquid reviews.

I also have a problem trusting liquids. Johnson Creek is someone I can trust. They have some resellers that may ship to Israel. I recall someone from a Middle East country asking about them but I can't remember where he got it.
