For a noisy atty reposition the coil this should fix the airy draw and may solve your other issues. You could try a tighter wick, thinner juice, switch up coil diameter. Even changes in humidity can effect your atty, I often close my atties down more in winter dry air.

The Reload S clone from SXK is about as loud as the Wasp Nano, but it does not whistle, no matter how the coil is positioned.
I'm too lazy to check if someone already posted it, but if you like a more restricted DL draw, the Entheon is a very nice and flavorful atty. A lot of good clones are available as well.
