Looking for small, but hard hitting.

I'm attempting to quit smoking. I'm a semi-heavy smoker at about 2-3 packs a week, but I'm not addicted to the nicotine(thank god). I simply have a strong oral fixation that cigarettes have been able to sooth. I prefer the slim look and feel, plus being able to hold it in my mouth hands-free is fantastic. But from the bit of research I've done most seem to be against that for long-term use and prefer to upgrade.

I also would also like it to be cost-effective and buying new cartridges for smoking seems to be too expensive.

I guess my question is, are there any slim e-ciggs that will hit hard enough for a heavy smoker? Or allow for a wide variety of flavors?
Or should I just go with a smaller mid-size one?

There are just so many options, it's hard to know what will actually work and is not a rip-off or waste of money.

If you're not addicted to the nicotine and are really just needing something to help you with the oral fixation of smoking then an E-Roll is probably your best option.

It's not going to be the "hardest hitting" ecig, but that's not really what you seem to need. It is something that you can hold and use like a normal cigarette and it's performance is good enough to make you feel like you're smoking.

Many people do upgrade to larger systems, but remember, forums like this are filled with enthusiasts and hobbyists, and do not necessarily reflect the majority or "normal" ecig user. If the cigarette style works best for you, go with it. It's not a competition with others, it's all about satisfying yourself.

+1 on all the Eroll advice. Check out the subforum here. The Eroll uses the same atty "Type A" used in bigger toppers and a 3.7 volt battery. It hits just as hard as any bigger mah 3.7 volt battery. The oooonly difference is battery mah... not the hit... and the PCC recharges the small battery... so with the two batteries it comes with in rotation its really the same as a 1100mah battery as far as time goes... again nothing whatever to do with the "hit" which is plenty.

if you are not addicted why vape with e-cigs that have nicotine in them? i was a "heavy" smoker 2-3 pacs a day and needed to stop i started with a EGO kit and moved up from there. they make small clearos that will vape non nicotine juice i would start there

This, for the win (since the forum edits the acronym).

I got a Kanger EVOD starter kit on ebay for like $35 and it came with 2 batts and 2 tanks. I smoked a pack a day for 15 years and it worked well for a starter device for me. small, light weight, and decent looking. Uses regular juice so you can order low or no nic juice and just use it for your fixation. I got my wife one for this exact reason after she started stealing mine lol.
