Viking Vapor liquid is also 9.99 for 30 ml but the quality is comparable to the higher priced suppliers like juicyliquid, TW and Tasty Vapor. I love the stuff and he has tons of flavors and custom mixes PG and VG.
I get 1,070 ML in a huge liter jug for $68, but the last time I talked about it here, it attracted all sorts of hate from people who can't compete, and the owners banned me. So I'll say nothing more, but maybe you can google around and find it.
I highly recommend Viking Vapor. Received my first order this week. Great stuff, custom mixes, and you can order small bottles. I really like this option so that I can try different flavors without having to order a big bottle, then not liking it.

There have been reviews both pro & con regarding Strictly. Personally, I have no complaints about their juice or service.
It works the other way too. With the cost of some of the ejuices you DON'T get what you pay for. I see no sense in paying the price some of these suppliers charge. My tobacco and the wife's Candy Cane taste and vape just fine from SEJ. Been using this company for months. They seem to be the favorite whipping boy for a lot of vapers and I've never had a problem.

I have ordered cheap eliquid and some expensive e-liquid. IMO some of the cheaper ones are not very good. I ordered some cheap eliquid from china and I am not able to vape it. I am not saying you should spend 20.00 for 30ml of liquid but you need to realize you usually get what you pay for. There are good eliquids out there that cost 9.00 which is a good price.

VERY true. We all like different things, and I LOVE some of the more expensive juices at some vendors, and dislike some of their other ones.

Call me weird but I LOVE the cheapo dekang lol , I know alot of people dont like them but I do. Thats why I am looking into all the cheapos. I even like the witches brew (2.99 for 10 ml) Guess I am a cheap date after all hahah
If you are that easy to please, then try mixing some PG+AG and cutting your juice. Sometimes just a few drops of some otherwise bad juice in this mix works for me.
SEJ is not bad but it's nothing to jump up and down over either IMHO.... I have ordered from them in the past to try different flavors because they are so cheap...
I'd say if it's all you can afford then it's really good juice for the price....If you can afford better juice, then do so...

LOL...I'm with you Sensay. I've used mainly Dekang since I started vaping in March and they were about the only thing available. I use mainly tobacco flavors and Dekang's are my favorites. "USA Made" e-liquid is a recent phenomenon. I've tried a few and have not been impressed enough to spend $1 or more per ml. I like Viking Vapor's prices and I'm gonna try the witches brew. Also, I think Mad Vapes has good e-liquid prices and their Top Vapor line is "USA Made".

I got some Cuban Cigar juice from Madvapes and it was terrible... Didn't taste like any cigar liquid I've tried before. It was like a watered down Hilton. It was so thin and watery that I don't even use it. Worst juice I've ever had hands down.
It says on the site that it's Dekang, but it didn't even come in a Dekang bottle. I wouldn't doubt if someone cut it with PG or something else.
On the other hand I'd buy parts and attys from them any time.
