Looking for something that is like a mini sticker by svoe mesto

Looking for a device that invers a ego battery sort of like the sm mini sticker or side winder. Are theses the only mods of their kind? I know sm makes other stickers but I reside in the USA and its never in stock. I'm more or less looking for a battery tube mod the the rba sits beside and not on top the battery tub.... Oh and I would like to use my own rba not a prefab connector to the heating element ie 510 or ego. Hope I described it well enough for everyone to get an idea of what I am looking for. My next step is making my own and well I don't have a machine shop.... But I do have a drimel and hammer :/

I can't find it now, but I did see a thread in the modders section where someone did a pictorial of making their own with minimal tools. Sorry I can't find it for you.
But yes, to my knowledge, those are the two choices without building your own.
