I'm with Michaelsil1 on Flavour Art's Fresh Cream. I use that more than any other cream because it's just cream - no vanilla, no spices, not sweetened, and no weird flavor notes added. It really is a pure cream taste, perfect for mixing. Before I discovered it, I used TFA's Sweet Cream, which is a close second (it's not actually sweet.) I find TFA's is not as "full" a cream flavor as FA's, but it sure does boost the vapor production!
For creamy vanilla I'm in the minority around here, with limited appetite for Capella's Vanilla Custard. It's an overbearing and artificial vanilla taste to me, though I sometimes use a touch in recipes. On its own it reminds me of cheap, artifically-sweetened vanilla pudding.
Flavour Art's Vienna Cream has a definite sharp taste, like there's lemon in it. TFA's Bavarian Cream is not that tart/sour, but I detect citrus in that one, too.
I have Flavour Art's Catalan Cream on the list for a future order. It's supposedly creamy with vanilla and a touch of "spice", probably cinnamon. I'm hoping to make my own eggnog flavor, because eggnog vapes I've tried..well...ewww.
Whipped Cream flavors I've tried have all been fails. None taste "right" to me, just not sweet enough. I've tried both EM and Sucralose but haven't been pleased with the results. I fall back to reliable Flavour Art Fresh Cream, which takes sweetener better.
I'd love a Cool-Whip flavor, fake as that is, but I haven't found one. I would add marshmallow, pineapple, maraschino cherry...mmmm..
Going to place a order in the next couple of days to start fooling around with some cream recipes. Now I have TFA bav cream and I enjoy it.
