looking for this 3 post/coil RBA

I saw this rba somewhere a few weeks ago and can't for the life of me track it down.

It has 3 outside screws that screw directly into the "body" and a single center/positive post.

This is a sketch of the deck. The shaded area is a well.

If anyone can track it down or a link I'd greatly appreciate it.

I thought it only had one as well. Maybe that was the prototype. BTW: Did you post this question on reddit? Just curious - I saw a similar post.
