Looking for walk in juice venders

Hi all, I have a friend the lives in the UK York area. I was wondering if there was an actual walk in store in that area where he can buy e juice from and check out ecigs.

Not as far as I know Dipsy. Though I think someone mentioned on AAE-C that there is a shop in Eastbourne.
