It would be absolutely appropriate, because at the moment, the answer would be "Um, hell, I don't know".
Over the past couple of months, we've introduced a LOT of new flavors. I think at this juncture, our M.O. has been accounting for all of the receipts in 2010, re-filing our permits, renewing our compliance certificates as well as reviewing/revising our business model and a little later on, gathering some heads together to get some research done for the betterment of all Custom/DIY liquid shops.
Once that's dealt with, I'm sure a few months will have passed and we can get back to the kitchen with some new stuff.
