BTW using a vamo v2 ss.

1. is this the newest model of the AGA-T?

2. I am looking to get into rebuildables, any other products worth getting besides AGA-T+?

3. What other items should I grab? I heard the wicks that are given with it aren't good. How about wires? I hear about kanthal wires a lot.

4. Where is a good place to buy these items?

5. I have a ibtanked tank and vivi nova, looking to expand my tank collection, what are some other good quality carto tanks?

6. Can't seem to find a quality video on AGA-T setup, can someone link one?

BTW using a vamo v2 ss.

From my understanding the AGA 2T+ is the latest incarnation. I think the plus version has a slip on top that allows you to adjust the air hole with the wick, which is preferred to lessen the harshness of the draw.

I also have the vamo with the aga 2t+ on it and it looks pretty nice. This was my first genesis style rba and I am pretty happy with it. Took some tinkering and practice to get it where I like it, but that is half the fun for me.

If you are looking for a silica wick style rba, the a7 is a good starter.

Sorry for the two posts, still learning tapatalk. Also i wanted to add that I am by no means an expert in the rba world, so I am only speaking from my own experiences.

2. If you get the AgaT+ as your genesis style atomizer, you may want to also look into rbas that use a silica wick, like the a7 or terminator among others. I find those easier to setup and work quite well also.

3. You will need wire you wrap your coil with either style rba. I typically use 32awg kanthal for my coils.

4. Check the forum suppliers websites on ecf and take a look around.

5. I have several j tanks and a couple phiniac tanks. The j tanks I have had no issues with at all, and I tend to use them every day. They are not glass like the phiniac but are pretty solid. I have yet to try IBTanked, but I see a lot of recommendations.

6. There is a lot of threads of information on the AgaT+ and rbas that will come up with a search. I would also recommend YouTube as well.

Ibtanked tanks are official.... Quality stuff. I have 3 and absolutely no leaking at all.

I will say tho if your ordering from them, order the acrylic caps... NOT THE STAINLESS STEEL. My first tank from them was with stainless steel caps and they are alittle too loose for my liking. The acrylic caps are WAY tighter and they are really solid and stay on the carto very good. Again the stainless steel will not leak but they just dont fit as good as the acrylics, + the acrylic caps are alot cheaper anyway.
