• Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers

Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Looks like the ProVari may have a rival.

That looks like a nice device. Is it made in America? Thank you for sharing!

If you want to rival the power/tough/quality of the provari at a lower price, you may want to look at this:

PureSmoker LEGACY Standard [18650]

If you get that, with the extender and the kick, you'd have good power wrapped in machined stainless.

LEGACY Extension Tube
EVOLV KICK - Boosted Power Regulator

The kick is a wattage regulator. I'm not sure what the limit is. I'd want to check that out before buying. Total price for this combo is about $150. If you don't already have IMR 18650, add for that.

It'll be interesting to see how well this will function and hold up compared to the ProVari. I can't wait to some reviews on this.

I'll keep my reo grand and Provari. It's cheaper but that's all I can see it looks like it is 18650 only and my provari with a 18490 battery is lighter and lasts a full work day. My reo grand with an 18650 lasts over 1.5 days. I would say if my provari wasn't a backup it probably would make a good backup

So you need all of that and then add a wattage regular and by the time you are done it is $150? The Provari is $159.95, made in the USA with a 1 year warranty.

ETA link to the Provari, on sale for $159.95: http://www.provape.com/ProVari-Variable-Voltage-V2-p/provari.htm

Not to mention that there is more than their fair share of threads posted on here about Kick's dying within weeks of use. That's what has stopped me from getting one so far.

This thread sort of reminds me of debates between users of the iPhone and users of Android for some odd reason

I am looking forward to the reviews once it comes out.

Yup, I've had both and prefer Andriod. I'm a complete tech geek. I probably spent more on electronics last year than most people do in a lifetime. I think my WIFI routers are starting to hate me.

When something better does come along, and it will
I doubt that it will come from China

Perhaps Japan. I have a Zojirushi Rice cooker, Fuzzy Logic cirucuitry, (induction heating, micro computer) I paid $200+ for it and it is the BEST appliance I've ever owned, or any kind. It is gorgeous looking, with a thoughtful footprint, stainless, and Zojirushi is well known for being top top quality.

Try and find a US made equivalent............you can't.

just sayin', it's not like anything made elsewhere cant be great (it's even got a carrying handle, it's on my list of things to grab during tornado evacuations here)

This is accurate, and it is in fact sad that many people lump Japan into the same mold as China. They are two different worlds.

Those wouldn't be made in China and mass produced would they? They must be terrible.

The Stardust doesn't connect to the 510 connection it connects to the cone threads of an ego battery. The Provari doesn't have these threads without an adapter (which is quite pricey considering what it is) so putting one on a stock Provari is impossible. Not that I'd ever use a Stardust on a Provari anyway. I consider them to be inferior to the Vivi Nova.

Ummmm. Actually, all the Stardusts that I have ever seen, use a recessed 510 connector. There are no cone threads. It is just a skirt to cover the cone threads on an eGo.
Also, a 510 to eGo adaptor should be about $2.50 or so from most vendors.
I like the design of the connector on that thing as it accommodates both 510 and recessed 510/eGo style without adapters.

LOL.
I deal with a lot of companies, from tiny to very large. A lot of times, I can tell where on the ladder a person works from the phone they use. The IT guys almost always use Android. They may also carry a BlackBerry but their personal phone will be Android. Mid to upper management will be on BlackBerry and a lot of the people not on company provided plans will be on iPhone. Not always the case but often enough that I am very seldom wrong.

"NOTE: The VARIO will be manufactured in China and is intended to mix with the LavaTube and VMax crowd…as well as other affordable and value driven variable volt P.V.'s. This is a fresh design and one of the most refined styles we’ve seen come out of Asia. :
FRESH DESIGN MY BIG TOE!!!!
It's a tube mod dude! In order to call it "fresh"... Does it need to be shaped like a Watermelon?
Here's some things that look fresh to me:

1) Color insets with chrome accents - fresh!
2) Stardust/T2 type tank compatibility - fresh!
3) Did you see the vent hole design? - fresh!
4) Extended cap that seems like it would be easier to twist on/off - fresh!
5) Combo rivet and eye drop design pattern - fresh!
6) A new affordable VV option - fresh!
7) IMR Efset batteries - fresh!

They aren't calling it the invention of the damn wheel! .Relax folks!
