loose column in battery

So I was trying to adjust my battery be raising the column to make a better connection with the cartomizer. At first it worked, but then I had to do it again. Now I have had to fiddle with it so much that it has come loose and wiggles freely on the battery. Nothing pulls through, but the LED still lights up. Can anybody give me advise on how to fix this issue?

Hey twiddy, just trying to imagine what you are describing. So the post is moving freely and has detached from it's metal base is that correct? Or did the entire top of the battery connector come loose? The l.e.d. will light up without being connected to the Cartomizer, you can actually put the battery connector end into your mouth and draw to make the l.e.d. light up. However if the post has detached from from the connector base I wouldn't advise it. Can you clarify this a little more...

Hey SnowDragon,

V4L replaced the battery for me. The post moves around, but is not completely detached. The LED lights up, but I get no vapor and it does not charge. I am glad they took care of it. I am sending it back soon. I don't have to worry about it now.
