Loose twist dial

So i bought an ego twist 1000 mah and the dial is loose as a goose it doesnt like to stay in the position that i set it at. Has anyone ran into this problem yet?? Any suggestions would be appreciated as well ....zombie

I have two twist, and other one is looser... So i thinks it is "feature"

There are knockoffs out there now. Are these those, or Joye?

If it doesn't stay in the position you set it at, then it isn't loose, it's broken.

There isn't much sense in being able to dial in a voltage if you can't, in fact, actually BE at that voltage.

If in warranty, I would send back.

Thanks for the replies ...yes its a joye ego c twist...i own a knock off too and the knock off is actually better the dial isnt loose at all except its a 900 mah..i guess its going to end up being a return "(

I've seen variations of the stiffness of the dial between genuine and non-genuine. It can be loose as a goose even if its genuine, I would say this issue is the only flaw to the Twist. Some are loose, some aren't, its hit & miss. If its effecting the functionality of the device I would definitely return it tho.
