lost emow charger. replacement?

several months ago I lost my usb and wall adapter for my emow kit. I have not been able to find it anywhere... I looked on the kanger site and they tell you to be sure to choose the correct cable for your product, but there are not many options, and all of them out of stock.

will any kanger ego style charger work? I can't find any emow-specific chargers.
does anyone know what specs it should have as far as volts / mA???
I don't want to do anything sketchy to my battery.

I'm 95% sure that you just use a USB or mini USB cord to charge. Like from a cell phone or anything. Pretty sure they all work the same mostly. Maybe someone else will answer here in a minute.

I use my phone charger and a USB charger from Walmart to charge all of my devices. My phone, tablet, box mods ect
