One thing I've found with Dekang is they're either pretty good, or just way off on the flavor. I got some cappuchino and it tasted like rose petals. I find that their tobacco flavors are usually pretty good if you like tobacco, but avoid most of the fruit and other flavors now.
It taste good but caramel and pineapple not even in the same ballpark.
I heard the the guys from vaporcast saying how there Dr.Pepper taste like black pepper.
I don't recommend Dekang - it's Chinese 100% PG. Fine for a starter bottle or a mixing tobacco, not so great for other flavors in general. Get some nice US juices. There are tons of nice caramels. I recommend 70pg/30vg base if offered.

When it comes to Dekang juice, sometimes it feels like some of the labels have a bit of a "lost in translation" type thing going on. We have tried lots of flavors that had good, solid taste but had nothing to do with their names/descriptions/bottle images. 1) Cola with a picture of a wine glass 2) Cofee that tasted like pina colada, etc. The Dr. Pepper was just plain terribad. I think China juice still has a place as far as cheap, every day carto-filler but with USA mixed prices falling, you can at least count on more accurate flavor naming/descriptions. I might have to get some 'pineapple caramel' lol, sounds interesting. =)
