Lost my order to customs?

uh oh... I may have lost my order to customs... Im not sure...
I see on my tracking info...

Your item was handed over to Customs(CANADA VANCOUVER) at 2010-03-21 16:47:00

is this normal for a package to go through customs, or is my order screwed u think?

Man this sux, I was looking forward to this getting here...

That's normal. It usually takes 1-3 days to clear, but sometimes longer.

Completely normal. I freaked out the first time I saw it too. Thought the package was a goner and some customs officer was going to show up at my door. Instead about 5 days later my package did.

It just means it was received in country for processing to local mail service.

In a way I prefer ordering standard air mail with no tracking. That way I forget about it and am not obsessively checking its status in customs!
