Anyone know the size of the backplate screws on a vandy vape pulse II? There are 6 of them and they’re t4 torx for plastic. I don’t know their diameter (maybe 1mm or so?) or their length (maybe 5mm or so?). I had them but they go swept onto a floor and are gone now. I need more
Sorry to hear that. Searching online, I don't see any results yet. Hopefully someone can tell you the size.

You could call/email Vandy vape: +86-755-23343084 / info@vandyvape.com . They seem to have good customer service.

Another idea is to check your garage or junk drawer to see if you have anything that fits. If not, a local hardware store may have what you're looking for; you can certainly bring the Pulse and a torx driver and just see what fits. Ace Hardware has loose hardware in my town, not sure about Depot, Loewe's etc.

(Supposing you have at least 1 screw) If you want to find their size yourself, you'll probably have to measure them. Here's a guide if you're not familiar with that. To get the length, it looks like you just measure the length of the screw excluding the head. To get diameter you measure the width of the threaded portion. To get the thread size, see here.

The problem with the spare screw thing is they’re so fricken tiny. Theyre on the level of glasses screws. I really really wish they hadn’t been thrown around. If I had even 1 I could measure it and order more.
I see what you mean. Tough to find screws that small and certainly hard to work with them.

It’s possible I’ll just have to peg the plate back on with toothpick ends. At least there isn’t much stress on the area
You could try using a magnet to find the screws, if you haven't already. Even just a magnetic screwdriver does a decent job, and has helped me out more than once to find tiny little screws.

I’ve even got a magnet broom, which is basically a bunch of magnets on a bar with wheels, designed for picking up stray nails from roofing jobs. It’s perfect for this though. but I didn’t lose them at my house I lost them at a friends house (he had the step drill I needed to make the hole) to make it worse it was in his basement where it is so cluttered it’s actually hard to walk. So I offered to help him clean it but he starts a new job tomorrow. So it’s still if-and-when

I've always had a screw loose ..... so what's the problem?!?:w00t::w00t:
The internal backplate (not the magnetic outer one, the one behind it) is held on with 6 tiny screws. I took the inner backplate off in preparation for drilling it so I could attach an AirTag (turned out I didn’t need to). I stuck the screws to the magnet on the front plate, then my friend, whose basement, drillpress and step drill I was borrowing) picked up the front plate and brought into the room with the drillpress to be “helpful”. Helpful sort of like the cat it turned out because in doing so he scattered the screws I know not where. His house and shop are a pit, and it will be easier to buy new ones than find the originals, but I don’t know the size other than “tiny”. All I need is for someone with the same mod vandyvape pulse2 v2021/6 to pull one of their screws and measure it before putting it back in their vape. If I know the screw size I can buy some.
In the mean time I’ve done a half measure solution with poster putty, but it’s sub optimal.

Theres pics of the mod in another thread if they’re helpful
