Lots of smoke

Just upgraded from my little Oxva to a Vapopress PT 60.
And it was an experience! But now I wonder if I can get a little less smoke? Currently using coil 0.4 with Watt strength 29 and have turned the nozzle to no air.

Welcome Elena! By going lower wattage there would be less vapor and more flavor. When time for a new coil, could also try a higher ohm coil.

2 other notes, you will get used to it in time, and as the coil ages will become less intense, combo of the 2 will make it not seem like too much.

Better, more powerful devices also require less nicotine content. I went from 55mg nic salts in a low wattage device with high ohm coil to 12 mg in a high wattage low ohm coil device. 55mg nic salts made me sick in new device.
The new mod was also too intense almost seemed like was burning my mouth at first but that went away as I got used to it.
Big change going from old technology to new technology.

Hi ElenaM. Welcome to the ECF.

There are Two tried and true ways to get Less Vapor when you take a hit.

One, as Bingbong mentioned, Lower the Wattage you are using for a given Coil(s). Two, try using an e-Liquid with Less Vegetable Glycerin, VG.

@Bingbong ‘s is probably the simplest. Another option is a MTL tank, which is more designed for that. Smaller chamber and mouthpiece. Also the air inlets are vastly smaller
