Lotus Jellyslice "low voltage" connection issue

let me start by saying, I don't often get on here unless my local vape trader pages can't answer me. I've used both mech tubes and boxes, regulated non removeable batteries to the reuleaux rx200, i (quite obviously) didn't do my research before performing a trade and assumed it would be an easy fix like the old istick 20w connection issue--

Mine appears to be the exact same. The screen doesn't mess up, it turns on and off, the threads are fine and the firing pin/connector where the 510 connection leads, looks fine. No damage (and it's not the highest quality box, so a fall from two-three foot even with the silicone would show.)

Anyways- when I screw my tank in, it just says 'low voltage,' though the ohms read .51 (.4 higher than the .1 it can fire.) the voltage reading is 0.0 but it's 95% charged...

If anyone could help guide me, it would be much appreciated.

---read through the manual again, even after switching it to VV mode, it says "low voltage" and displays 0.0 wattage. This same build fired on my fuchai earlier today.
