Well... it started with just folks from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Baton Rouge is French for "Red Stick".

Ummm, as much as I hate to admit it... I thought "Red Stick Vapers" was a group favoring a specific e-cig called the "Red Stick!" LOL

I guess I should have ventured in to realize it was Baton Rouge!
