I'm off to see the Orthopedic Dr. in a little while to see of I need left-arm rotator cuff surgery. In a couple of days I'm going to a "beautician" for a trim and a perm as I can't do anything with my hair ,
as I'm currently a "one-armed bandit'!' I'm left-handed, so it's quite the trip trying to do many things...but I've been figuring it out...slowly!

I finally got my pc working again, thanks to my friend, who's very smart. My GD was using it quite a bit cuz it's in the bedroom that she uses a few days a week and she killed it!

Temps in the high 80s with no rain so I'll probably be watering, but that's ok. @Bea-FL at least it looks like your temps have finally become tolerable, but beware of August!

Good luck at the docs today. I hope he's got some answers for you that will make the pain go away. Have you tried a TENS to get some relief? I hope we'll get a picture of your new hair do!!

My daughter is here. I haven't seen her in five years. We have been very busy, and I haven't gotten anything else done. We did make spiced peach jam yesterday. I had an audiologist appointment, and she also met with the audi, to plead with her to help me with my phone problems. We got results. She departed from their usual brand in order to get one that has the option for both telecoil and bluetooth.

After bowling this morning had the most delicious spinach salad and ribs in town at the Metro Diner!

Temps have cooled down considerably and it is raining but it's more of a mist. Very pleasant and am enjoying a cool breeze off the ocean with my afternoon java.

Good morning. It's 68 and sunny here this morning. I'm sitting here with my coffee and a nice vape while watching all the birds flirting around on the deck. Perfect morning! I'm waiting to hear from my friend who now lives in Massachusetts. She's in the area to babysit her nephew so as soon as she drops him off at camp she's going to stop in for a visit. Haven't seen her in over a year so we've got a lot of catching up to do.

Janet...it was a bit of a weird Dr. visit...the Dr. popped in and then out..literally....said something about a cortozone shot and then a few weeks physical therapy....and then he was gone! The man that was there ( don't know if he was a practicing Dr. or not).. said he'd order a CAT scan first and that I DID need the surgery I explained to him that some months ago i had physical therapy for a few weeks because of my shoulder and It got worse and the time I felt something pop in my shoulder that hurt like the devil I told the "therapist" to get the hell out NOW.

He also said that I'd have REVERSE ROTOR-CUFF surgery....does that mean that then I could scratch my back from my neck on down?...but how could I eat?! oh , never mind.. I'd still have a right hand...
