Willie to the rescue!! Didn't know there were such things.

Everything crossed for a "normal" wonky heart!

Since people like pics, here are the formal pictures from Geordi's Great Weekend Adventure. First is his 5 pt major, 2nd is his 4 pt major. Pictured are the judge, Geordi's breeder, me and of course, Gman.

2nd is a better picture of him. He was not comfortable on the platform for the first photo.

Oh my. He is so gorgeous!

Meet Me in St Louie Louie
I got some good news today :). A couple months ago, during my annual checkup my doctor discovered that I have a heart arrythmia (Improper beating of the heart, whether irregular, too fast, or too slow). Mine is too slow. I have none of the symptoms but of course she sent me to a cardiologist who after doing another EKG said he thought this arrythmia is either normal for me (which apparently happens to some people) or there is a blocked artery (which would mean surgery).

He set me up for a nuclear stress test and an echocardiogram…both of which I had this morning. I just got a call from the cardio doc's office that the stress test came back normal . They don't have the echo results back yet but the lady said that usually if one test is normal so is the other. But the doctor will discuss the results with me at my follow-up appointment.

So keep your fingers crossed that will be the case for me and I just have a wonky heart.

Bea :: I think you have an excellent DR .. sometimes, what is normal for the bulk of the Populace does not necessarily hold true for all of the Populace .. as a heart patient myself, I feel safe in saying, it is, based on your description, highly unlikely you have a blockage .. although I am not a DR and I don't play one on TV .. ;)

Willie to the rescue!! Didn't know there were such things.

Well, those Hillman Hardware parts are a little pricey .. and S was right when she suggested a Molly Bolt .. but the thing about the Hillmans is they are very easy to install and remove, the hole is easy to cover if removed ..

Happens to me all the time, especially when using my injured thumb. Undo rating works!

So happy your stress test came back normal; keeping fingers crossed that the echocardiom has the same results.

Willie leave it to me to be different. I've always marched to the beat of my own drum ;). But yes, I have two excellent doctors - my GP who is an Internal Med doctor and the cardio guy. Both have excellent credentials and both have excellent bed side manners.
