Good morning everyone :).

Hubs has his cardio surgeon appt this morning to determine if he's a candidate for the robotic bypass surgery. Apparently it's determined by where the blockage is not the person's condition. Check out this video of the tobotic surgery. In case you're squemish…it's not graphic.

So....I have assiduously avoided looking at Amazon daily deals and their lightning deals...but they finally snagged me... While perusing my 'wish list' of items to begin painting with...Voila! Up popped a set of good quality acrylic paints with a lightning deal price and an additional coupon for another $3 off... Feeling pretty good about spending $27 instead of $42....

So not only hubs has to have a bypass he need two of them and unfortunately, because of where the blockages are, robotic surgery is not possible. So it will be old-fashioned cut-through-the-sternum surgery :( and 3 months inactivity and off work :(:(:(.

EDIT: Oops, hit submit before typing my reply.

Bea, I'll be thinking of you. The hubs goes in on Tues afternoon for his catheterization and we'll find out if stents or a bypass for him too.

Bea, will keep both you and your husband in my prayers.......I know this is not the route you wanted for your husband but, in the long run, it will be better!

Hoping for the very best outcome for your husband and a speedy complete recovery! And also sending you strength to deal with this!
