You can climb a mountain
You can swim the sea
You can jump into the fire
But you'll never be free

You can shake me up
Or I can break you down

Whoa
Whoa

We can make each other happy
We can make each other happy
We can make each other happy
We can make each other happy

Howdy there St Louis!
I'm here to throw a musical monkey-wrench into the your finely-tuned gears!
Conratulations on guaranteeing that Vapelogic is on my "Do Not buy" list, no other vendor has accomplished that simply by their forum behavior so you should feel honored.

I think fall is already in the air here....saw a few leaves drift by my window and my high tomorrow will only be 67. I've had my AC turned off for several days. Spring and autumn have always been my favorite times of the year...:) Easy to tell I'm not a beach baby or a snow bunny....;)

It's been a very mild summer for the most part in my neck of the woods. But yes, we've had some very fall-like weather lately.

Central Texas is even taking part in the current cool weather, with expected highs most of the week in the low 80s when 95 or so is normal this time of year.

Speaking of autumn, one of my favorite songs relating to autumn has always been kind of an odd one. It comes from a 1978 concept album by Jeff Wayne.
The scene is that the Martian invasion has started, and the journalist (voiced by Richard Burton no less) is on his way to London to check on the safety of his beloved, Carrie. The song itself "Forever Autumn" is sung by Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues and was a top 5 single in the UK.

Relating to Atcha and playing music....I don't know if you noticed my hands the day we were in a HO?... RA has messed them up quite a bit, but I'm looking at a baritone ukulele...;) It will definitely be baby steps, but I'm a determined Taurus...:D If I can eventually manage 4 strings....well then, who knows? :)

I'm curious, why baritone? I don't know much about ukes but did a bit of research a couple months back as I was thinking it might be a good "learning" instrument, and then consider moving up to the guitar later. My impression at the time was that the concert ukulele was supposed to be easier to play. I never did pick one up but it's on my eventual list of things to do.
