I dont use antivirus, but every time i see a no usual window or pop up I close all of them using Task management as J' said

If you click on some popups, it will download the virus. And I mean even the X to close.

The trick is to use Task Manager to close it.

you got the virus most of the time when you try to close the pop up using the X or clicking on cancel or not in the warning , Task manager does a great work closing them

And that is why I have an anti virus.

I know that but i am not a heavier user of the web , I do torrents from time to time but i have been lucky using Task m'

I run Zone Alarm to catch those and a couple other programs to keep the computer clean.

an antivirus deleted me all my try out once, since them I keep all my important files on external hard drives not more antivirus for me, if at any time any one hits me i just reformat, any way I always reformat every year just for pleasure and to make my puter faster

And another thing son will do when he gets this reloaded. Make a backup on a external hard drive.
