I used my $30 Cannon scanner/printer/copier to scan the first time today. There was an "Auto Scan" icon. I double clicked. Done!!Scanning for dummies!!
my friend bought a scanner like that, canon too , probably the same, he was looking for a printer and he didnt know it was also a Scanner, easy to use for a newbie but uncomfortable to me , it has too many option hidden to try to go on a professional way

My new printer is an HP and I blew $10.00 more to have the scanner and well as a printer.

he got it for 30 dollars too, cheaper than buying ink as you said a few month ago when you replaced your inkjet

They come up with a new model every year now. I can't tell the difference. As long as the black ink costs only $10, I'm happy.

last time i bought a printer was 9 years ago , the heads got clogged from not use, the few things i have to print I do it at work, I work with the printers
And that reminds me, I need to buy ink for mine.
