I took my 1st zumba class today, I was dying, then the leader says, great warm up gals , lets get started!!
I've never done it but I watched part of a class out of curiosity. I can see how that could happen!
I've done yoga for a long time......but never "power yoga". Pretty much the same thing happened to me! Wow, did I suffer the next day.
My niece teaches a class. She loves it. I'm pretty sure it would kill me.
It was so early in the am, I was like yikes, this is so much liveliness
