I do remember. I have been pretty sick for the past few weeks and I very nearly died a few weeks past. Had a really serious reaction to some of my meds. It was really scarey. The whole thing was pretty awful. Then by the time they got the medicine thing straightened out, it had me put into something called doughnut hole and the meds were over thousand dollars. If not for some really good friends here on ecf, I just don't know what I would have done. pretty scarey and just really happy to have this month and really..... this whole year over with.

other than that......... haven't really been anywhere. just to the doctor and home. hahahah

I had no idea you were having such a rough time. Soo glad you are still among us.

Thanks VG. Me too! A lot of it just depends on how the natives act. I just read online that a man was walking down the street last night and two men came up and pulled out guns and started shooting. He is apparently OK "recovering in a local hospital". There are a lot of mean people in this town

You should hear/see the Chicago news every morning (the closest we get to local news). I would not live there if they gave me Oprah's penthouse!

Glam I'm reading a book about Chicago. It's pretty much about crocked politicians. Can't for the love of me figure out where the writer got such a plot.
