That rba tank looks to be Mini size, like eGo Battery diameter. It looks like a Phoenix A7-type Clone. It's a Rebuildable, and I think you should be able to use SS Mesh or Silica Wick, with Kanthal Wire. Silica Wick would be much easier to start with.
