I don't have grandkids, but I went out for dinner tonight. It was very good
I had a salad with ham and egg, I'm sure whatever you had was better! 
Hi Stone! Just finished feeding and bathing the babies and changing their bed. Between the two there has been a whole lotta screaming going on.

No kids, no grandkids...... you miss some things but you also gain some things...... and you can dote on others' children. I'm the "cool" aunt who got them the most annoying (but cool) toys. I now provide the free hotel for the band playing in Chicago and during Lollapalooza and Pitchfork, etc. Now I sit with them out back when they're doing tequila shots and shooting the breeze. And - they always leave at some point!

That sounds like the right way to do it to me 
It's a meringue in vanilla creme anglaise...this one had some candied nuts and a hard caramel decoration on it tooOooo! What's in a floating island dessert?

I had a green smoothie and some hummus on crackers. Somehow yours trumps mine.
