Sounds to me like THEY need to get it figured out before they lose a lot business. You might try registering under a new name as if you've never been there before using a new username and password. And reenter your information again.

VG, Chiro visits going well....but I have only had 3 trips so not enough time yet to tell. I keep a knee wrap on it now, along with a penetrating cream that is supposed to speed healing...those are making it feel better. Still cannot walk more than a couple of minutes without a lot of pain, but my pedaler comes tomorrow. That is supposed to really help. And the laser supposedly takes about 8 treatments before noticeable improvement.....IF ANY. Am skeptical, but willing to try anything.

My vet has just started offering laser treatments for joint pain. Wonder if that would be cheaper than a chiro?
But I do not think it takes much expertise to hold up a little gadget connected to a box and hold it on a knee, even tho they would like you to think it takes YEARS of training. She is only charging $20 a visit...probably cheaper than a vet.
