True story. My hubby was talking to a patient before surgery asking the normal questions "let me see your throat, do you have any dentures, removal teeth or devices in your mouth, yada yada" and he looked in the chart and saw the woman had a colostomy bag. He said, "I need to look at the bag before surgery". He lifted what he thought was the bag (on her hip) and he was lifting up her BOOB. Lmao.
