Then we're in for the deep freeze again...
Eeee! Our high today is 38 and the bottom drop's out come Wednesday I do believe ... ugh!
Good Morning, Beachers. It is 4 below and going to drop all day. 
I don't know why I post the shock face.....it is not really a shock any more: it has become the norm. 
The winds are whipping, and the Chicago news is reporting accidents everywhere from drifts on the highways. I believe I will stay in. 
Especially since our driveway has drifted shut AGAIN. Hubs has a plow, but it is just too cold and windy to do it now...will just fill in again.
I might break down and do some cleaning....I am getting that bored. Hope I remember how do it.

A friend who works in our closest town just called.....on his drive to work, he stopped counting at 40 cars off in the median/ditches on our east-west interstate. And that is not the bad one....the north-south interstate is pretty much closed.
So I guess you all cannot get here to shovel.

Morning, Stone, I would not mind a little bit of roller coaster weather.....this staying at the bottom all the time is getting very trying and tiring. Even my hubs who loves winter is complaining.

I know Glam (and Lisa and JJ) think I am crazy… but I wanna see a good snow!!!! Where I live, when it is cold it is dry as a bone. Then when there is precipitation it warms up enough to deliver a cold, miserable rain. It has been much colder here than normal (I think that is true almost everywhere in the U.S.) but today it is supposed to get up to 54 degrees Then back down to 17 tonight
