It was slow just for a bit. It's fine now.

Everything on my pc slowed down.
Sounds like Spyware and/or Viruses. If you like, I can tell you what I use. There's a 15 Day Free Trial that will scan and tell you everything it finds. It's much, much better than Norton, McAfee, TrendMicro, or anything else that's popular, and it doesn't use as much of your System Resources, so it doesn't slow down your computer as much, by just being installed.
Run your scan and remove what it finds. If that doesn't make it better, you may want to know about what I use. I've been using it since 2006. It has consistently been the best. I have it on all of my computers, and I put it on any customer PCs that want it. They usually buy it because they brought their computer to me full of infections that their product didn't stop.

She's running a scan now, so that probably isn't it. The one I use does not slow down the PC badly while running a scan.
The scan is set to run every night.
DH has got me covered, we have TrendMicro and something else he has set up, he does a lot of computer stuff too
