Good morning, Dale, Sun, Stone and all to come Beachers......
Glad you slept well, Sun....I did not. The fat, extremely dense bodied, pug of my daughter wanted to sleep on my bad knee. And I kept kicking him off, and he kept coming right back. His name should be boomerang!

I will have to find a solution to this or I will get no sleep for the next week. Pugs are not my favorite....too needy. He only has two goals....eating and snuggling with people. He snores very loudly and either his teeth or tongue is always hanging out. If this wouldn't give you nightmares, what would? If the aliens ever land, I believe they will look very similar to my daughter's dog.
Not much on my agenda today.....feeding the grandson, over and over and over.

Seriously, he gets his own snacks so I am just allocated to the meal preparation.....and those are going to be basic. Last night I made him steak and cheese quesadillas, tonight it will be chicken and cheese tortellini. That was something I learned when I moved to northern Illinois after marrying hubs. Tortellini is best cooked in chicken broth with big old pieces of chicken and whatever veggies you like.....more like a soup. IMO, much better than with a spaghetti sauce. Our whole area was settled by Italian and Polish immigrants at the turn of the last century. The many mom and pop restaurants serve excellent food. Not good for the waistline, but wonderful for the tongue.
A preview of dinner....you all are invited.
Hope you all have a great Sunday.
