Hello Beach Babes and Buddies.
Good Morning, Beachers.....
Came by last night...no one was here, so I went shopping. I did end up buying 5 Squalls/eCab V2 from Topecigarette....I figured even with shipping that only came out to $15 each, and I was afraid they would not be around much longer. So, you guys not being here cost me $78. I explained to hubs that it was your fault, so I am off the hook, and now he is looking for you.
Hello, Glam.
OK, you spent $78 on 5 Squalls, and I'll take credit for that,

but I know it's because you're a woman and you bought the Accessory Bag for each one.
Sorry Stefanie was too tired to visit, but how is she? Did you get a report from the doctor or a nurse?
Good Luck with the knee low laser therapy. I hope you'll have enough healing time to go comfortably cavorting around the Bahamas.
And all that talk about sub-ohms is kind of worrisome
LOL's ... my first pv was a Pigomizer...
Hello, Dearest.
I had never heard of the PigOMiser. I Googled it. It looks like a CE4.
Sub-ohms can be pretty safe, as long as you fully understand battery safety, the Mech you are using, and know how to safely build an RBA/RDA. There are certain IMR batteries that must be used to be able to safely draw the Amps required. I just don't want anything that
HOT as a rule.
I did try my CRH at 50W in a Dripper RDA one time, not realizing it was that high of Wattage. I got an RDA at a vape meet on the "Take it or Leave it" table. I thought it was there because it was broken. Myself and 3 other guys couldn't figure out how to open it, but I took it anyway. I got it home and figured out how to get the top cap off. It's a dual coil RDA that was already coiled up with two 1Ω coils, coming in at 0.5Ω. It didn't work on any PV I had because of 0.5Ω, so I put it on the Passthrough I built that connects to a computer power supply.
I tried it at 3.3V, and it didn't do much, which was surprising, because that's 21.78 Watts, so I connected it to 5.0V and
. At 50 Watts, I could not believe the Flavor from my CRH. I only did about 3 vapes, because the RDA got as hot as a light bulb, but the vapes themselves weren't Hot, like burn your throat hot (harsh, heat hot). It was incredible!!! But this was CRH. I normally vape my CRH at 11W, but (for me) any other juice needs to be down around 6-7W, with some even lower.
So I can say that I understand what sub-ohms are all about... the Vapor and Flavor. I'm just not one to pursue that on a regular basis.

And the real concern for the Newbies is understanding all the Safety factors.
And I am happy with my little 14500 Squall...with my 3 vari volt options and I love the Aro tank. Single, bottom coil and cheap. And I love the popping noise it keeps making until the coil needs replaced. I am thinking this will be my set up forever.....if they don't stop making them. You know how that goes!
You should be able to get replacement Heads for a good while.

But they are different than the wildly popular ProTank-type Heads, which will be around for a very long time. One can use an ARO Head in a ProTank, but not vise versa. I read that this is because of the collar. But if the time comes when you cannot get replacement Heads for your AROs, there will probably be another tank like it, or you can go to the ProTank Mini, which uses a Head that has become universal in many tank designs. Why Smok made a proprietary Head for the ARO is unfathomable today.
