Hey guys. Just sat down to watch nascar race in darlington,sc. I just happened to open my first beer too... Dogfish 90 IPA.. it can kick your .... at 9%, but it is delicious.

You're gonna keep talking about that stuff until I go buy some to try it. Aren't you?

Oh you're talking about the Lime-a-Rita's. I like those too. FYI, they now come in Mango and Raspberry flavors. I can down a big can with no problems . I prob shouldn't admit that. And I LOVE Ahi Tuna. It's expensive but I can't eat many things so I don't get in trouble for buying those I can eat. And we're having Caesar Salads with homemade dressing that Carrabbas/Bonefish make. They are the same thing. And it's delish. That's what's for dinner.

Oh and I usually can only have a small piece of bread but I got fresh made baguettes and I only buy Plugra butter (it's an imported Eurpoean butter) that I get at Whole Foods. Ok, I'll shut up before someone thinks I'm a freak.

No, I know you need a special diet. I'm glad there are things you can enjoy. You must get tired to the Smoothies.

And I'm talking about Straw-ber-rita. I know they have Lime, and recently added Mango, but I didn't know about Raspberry. Mango and Raspberry may be good, too. I can do Tequila and Lime Margaritas when Strawberry and Rum aren't available, but the latter is my fav.

Well then you'd love dinner tonight. I make the secret dressing recipe that my friend, who owns a Bonefish gave me. . I'm making the Ahi Tuna from Bonefish too...again thanks to my friend. Tomorrow is Bang Bang Shrimp. Then I'll be on soup for awhile after surgery on Monday.

Well then you'd love dinner tonight. I make the secret dressing recipe that my friend, who owns a Bonefish gave me. . I'm making the Ahi Tuna from Bonefish too...again thanks to my friend. Tomorrow is Bang Bang Shrimp. Then I'll be on soup for awhile after surgery on Monday.

My cousin did come up with the bang bang shrimp recipe. Amazingly, we fried up the shrimp and put the sauce on and it tasted just like the bang bang shrimp at bonefish.

Hope everything goes well with surgery and enjoy the meal tonight.

You know I wish I could. I'd even try your Dogfish... no need to run out for American beer. Toes dangling in the pool from the diving board while eating Caesar Salads with homemade dressing, Ahi Tuna and Baguettes with Plugra butter, and a couple of ice cold Dogfish, under the stars. Does Trevvor eat all of that, too (minus the Dogfish )?

My cousin did come up with the bang bang shrimp recipe. Amazingly, we friend up the shrimp and put the sauce on and it tasted just like the bang bang shrimp at bonefish.

Yep. It's good. Cornstarch for the breading and mayo, sweet chili sauce, scallions, etc for the sauce. It's yummy. FYI. I also make chicken like that and it's also great.

Well, we don't have a diving board . It's a pool where both the ends are shallow and the middle is deep. But the rest is a sure thing. . No, he eats the Caesar but I bought him a sub.

You get to splurge a bit before the hospital. I hope that surgery goes perfectly, and your recovery is fast.

Just be careful when you do decide to get some. there's a reason why they only sell it in 4 packs.

We also have a floating cooler for beer and whatnot. You don't drink much so I guess it will hold bottled water too? It's never seen water before

I don't remember the recipe, but I do remember he had to go to Chinese/thai market to get the chili sauce. I'm pretty sure if you google the recipe you will find it; it has become common knowledge. But I still enjoy eating it at bonefish even more. I just love the whole experience at bonefish.

Hi Beach! I've been terrifically busy the last few days getting ready for today's fundraiser. It wasn't very well attended but we made a little money for the Humane Society. And now I get to rest. Shouldn't, but am going to.

Pool boys -- Raul. He stands in my kitchen window.

Beer - if I drink it I want Michelob, Yuengling, Killian's, or whatever is being served, except Miller. Never that.

I usually drink alcohol: 7&7 (bring me 7 please), Cosmos, Sex on the Beach, Tom Collins, Gin Rickey, etc.

Off to watch Jango Unchained! bbl
