My problem is the lower back.

"Just in case" is a good plan. I'm hoping the FDA et al won't hurt us to that point. But I do enjoy fiddling and tweaking with coils and such. These kinds of tools free up a hand to make it easier. I think I'll make one to try. I've been wrapping them around a drill bit for a microcoil, and right around the Silica (sometimes with a needle) for things like a ProTank, which is basically what Glam's ARO Heads are.

It is very hot....95 degrees and very humid here. So I am just going to veg out in the house....we have not turned on our air yet, because if the house stays shut up in the daytime it has stayed cool so far. Air will go on once the nights stay warm.

I see it is a pretty slow day here.....hope that means everyone is enjoying their day.

Hello, Glam.

My mission was aborted due to rain again. It was only sprinkling on me here, but my neighbor said it was pouring across town. I'll try to get an earlier start on that tomorrow. In the meantime, I'm going to try to extend the life of an old WinXP computer, to see if I can get Win7 working on it adequately.

Well, it just started pouring here. Good thing I stayed out of it.

I'm surprised it's so hot up there already. It's only 85° here now.

LOL.....tried to nap, but Dale kept waking me up.

In reality, I was watching another Sex and the City marathon.....they have one every other week, and it always concludes with the finale which I have seen at least a dozen times....and would watch another dozen. Pepper has his sports addiction, and I have my sex addiction.

VG..or any other Beachers. If you suffer from any kind of muscle/joint pain, I just found out about a product called Curamin. My sister who is quite a bit older than me has been hobbling around for years with knee pain. When she got here this time, she walked right in with almost no limp/hobble. I asked her about it and she told me she was sitting in the car a few months ago waiting for her daughter who was getting groceries, and saw a sign in a health/supplement shop advertising Curamin...guaranteeing pain relief. She went in and bought a bottle and went back to the car and took two. She said within minutes she felt better, and has been taking them faithfully ever since with almost miraculous results. I checked it out...it is made up of several natural products and is considered safe. A few people have had allergic reactions, but mainly there are no side effects. Just an FYI.

Curamin, huh? Sounds miraculous. Now if all you women who are so dissatisfied with their men would start using another new product (which happens to have been created by a female doctor), Curaman {pronounced Cure-a-man}, maybe there wouldn't be as much whining. Both partners take it equally every day. It actually does nothing to the men, but makes women more tolerable.

More seriously, though, I use Osteo Bi-Flex. It has Glucosamine and Chondroitin in it, among other natural things. It used to work much better for me. I quit using it for a long time, and when I started up again, it hasn't worked as well as it did before. But Osteo Bi-Flex isn't for pain, directly. It helps to rebuild healthy joints by replenishing the lubrication, which relieves pain and stiffness. I think I have that stated correctly. But if Curamin works immediately, I should look into getting some.
