There is constant construction around here! The hospital built a new wing last year, and we are in it. Still lots of work going on. I am sitting in the lounge and there are jackhammers on the floor above. Driving me batty!! 8-o

I look around in those (antique) stores and see a bunch of junk....the others see treasure.

I'm the same way, Glam. I don't want a bunch of old, broken furniture, no matter who may have owned it before. And there's no proof to the claims of who owned it, or how old they claim it is. I can appreciate some of it for its time, but I wouldn't buy it. I'm the same way with most things in a antique store, or where ever. I don't really even want a 70's Muscle car anymore, no matter the Horsepower. Being a "techie," I want things that are newer in design.

I do find it interesting junk but just not junk I would buy!

Finished one of the books in the series early this morning and now I'm into the next.

I still limp after walking for a few minutes, but I can limp quickly so I keep up with the best. As soon as my current self prescribed anti inflammatory regimen runs out, I am going to get some of the Curamin that has worked so well on my sister. I am a firm believer of turmeric as one of the truly great healthy herbs and thankfully, that is the main ingredient in Curamin.

Thanks for asking. And how is your health? I did not realize your hearing was so bad until I read last week's post. Otherwise, any problems? Dr. Glam wants to know.
