I can see that. Pepper's body absorbs about 2000% more beer and alcohol than mine. :laugh:

Maybe Osteo Bi-Flex would help you. I don't think it will help rebuild the worn cartilage, but it helps replenish the lubricant juices, so they don't wear as hard against each other.

Osteo Bi-Flex has boswellia in it...which is in the Curamin. And MSM, which I already take. And glucosamine which the lastest studies are showing does nothing. I think herbs are a better option. I have done tons of research on all of the popular meds, especially during the time I could barely walk, even visiting arthritis forums to see what other people are doing. A lot of people are living with knee pain, and I read it has replaced back pain as the number one chronic pain in the U.S. :ohmy:

:blink: Ohhhh...I hate that! Well...at least it's not YOUR birthday. DW always wants to know where I want to go on my B'day and I'm like...nowhere. :laugh:

For HER B'day...we always do dinner and a movie. :facepalm:...:D
