And guess I need to get out and finish cleaning up dinner. I left the dishes to go see Katy Perry....at least it was family friendly entertainment.
Or I might leave them til tomorrow morning.....I am tired. Watching hubs working out in the snow just wore me out.

And I think the snow is finally coming to a halt. Just a few lingering flurries now.

Good morning, Beachers.......

We had a total of 14 inches, Chicago got 18-20 inches....3rd biggest snowfall ever recorded for that city. Non-essential northern Illinois businesses are pretty much closed right now. The major roads here have been reopened. Our interstates were closed last night, but the road crews started working again a 4 a.m. and are making headway. Hubs had to go dig our neighbor out when she left for work this morning....the driveway he plowed 3 times yesterday had drifted in, and she got stuck before she could reach the road. So, he dug her out and then replowed their drive. Now he is working on ours. I do not know if he is going anywhere or not. It will take him all day to dig out our steps and doorways, if he does that. He may get tired and go on to work, or just get tired, rest for a while, and continue digging out here. We have no above freezing forecasts for the next few days, so it will be here for some time. The sun is shining, and the wind has subsided quite a bit, and it is beautiful out there.....but only 4 degrees. 8-o

My plans.....stay in, drink coffee, and do a little house work.

But I do not remember how to get it to PB....I thought it would just be there when I put it in my pictures on my computer, but it is not there, so I must have missed a click.
