Believe it or not.....Rocky mountain oysters are really good too.
They are crispy and crunchy and good dipped in southwest ranch dressing. Tink....food tasting better now?
Just read up on Williams, AZ.....its claim to fame is boarding the train to the Grand Canyon.

Oh....I think that would be the best way to get there....I am sure you will enjoy the sights on the way....that country is so different from Illinois, and the train will be stress free. I love sight seeing in the west. Looks like a different planet compared to the midwest.

The main ingredient in most hot dogs is "pork".....but at least it is well hidden so you can pretend it is ground up pork chops.
We had a young boy working with us at the old Safeway store a long time ago who ate potted meat everyday until somebody told him what was in it ... poor thing threw it in the trash and came back with some vinnia (sp?) sausage
