Personally, I hate sleep. Such a waste.

The trick to getting a good night's sleep for me is to tire myself out everyday, lots of mental and physical activities, though I'm just catching up on the physical side lately. Maybe you need to find something that'd really tire you out? Either that, or you just have a lot more energy than I do!

If your job has late hours, you might be better off to stick with those hours on days off, just so body has a regular schedule.

Sleep more than rests the body, mind too. And it allows time for refuel and repairs.

Agree with this and Sea's explanation too. I stay invisible so I have the option of joining or not a conversation. Some folks will spot people on the member list below. If they know me and see my name there, they could say 'hi' or wonder why I'm not posting. Sometimes, I'm just reading.

But on this thread, I always let people know my status, here or gone.

I was just telling someone the other day...beware of Chronic Sleep Deprivation. It hits when least expected after years of not enough sleep. It's like passing out unknowingly, hopefully not when one's driving.
