I used to be MS Access expert...ahem...what version and what's the problem?
'97 and it would take a LOT of typing to explain. Just a query not yielding the proper number of records... thus making the resulting report invalid. But the missing records are only those containing a certain field value... but not ALL of the time.
I hate Access. But, we can't use SAS anymore due to license cost. I could (can???) make it sing out loud.
This is not very beach-like.
Well, without getting into too much details, did you include "Null" as a query parameter, not the same as space. I'm sure you tried to use "*" wild cards too?
