Verdad! I will NOT buy a 3D TV...just does not make sense. I don't want to wear those glasses everyday and there's not that much programming available anyway. If you have 4 friends over, you'd have to have all those glasses ready for them.

However, I do like HD. Seeing Lawrence of Arabia on a wide screen, sharp picture, with good sound...ah...muy bien!

I'm watching movies on the net and there's a big difference between 720p and lower definition. A sharp picture even looks good with older movies. Our eyes get used to HD or SD, so after a while you don't notice as much.

We bought a 3D TV and then went to see a 3D movie (first in a lonnng time). I took DH's eyes hours to get back to some what normal. Really don't think that we'll be using the 3D TV much.

I brought home a young male, apparently lost or abandoned some time ago. Beat to hell and starved to death. Gonna work my magic on this little fella. Very friendly and loves to kiss and be petted. Of course, I've found that most males are like that tehehe....
